Not currently, although it is being worked on. (There is my old ryamm program for HP-UX which is a starting point but which needs some work.) We need this. Queued does handle suspend/resume any jobs (it has to support process control from Queue, but it has "profile" commands to suspend/resume jobs based on load averages. So, the functionality is already there.)
An X-GUI interface to let users manually suspend/resume jobs would be great.

Does Queue allow (optional) automated resubmission of a job that dies due to a downed machine like LSF does?
