The latest version of GNU Queue should be downloadable off both the Author's unoffical Queue Homepage and the (less-frequently updated) Official GNU Project Queue Homepage.

In addition, RPMS for Redhat GNU/Linux can be downloaded off of the Homepage, off of Redhat Contrib Net, its many international mirrors, and ftp.rhcn.redhat.com.
