A putative calmodulin-binding motif. 
To identify putative calmodulin-binding domains, we searched for amino acid   
sequences that might be shared by the different calmodulin targets. As shown 
in the figure, 14 of 39 positive proteins share a motif whose consensus is 
I/L-Q-X-K-K/X-G-B, where X is any residue and B is a basic residue.
