Welcome to the TIGR Mycoplasma genitalium genome data server!

The following data are available as Unix compressed files in 
this directory:

A fasta format file (GMG.1con.Z) containing the complete sequence 
of the M. genitalium Rd genome.

A multiple fasta format file (GMG.pep.Z) containing the translated 
predicted coding regions of the M. genitalium Rd genome.

A multiple fasta format file (GMG.seq.Z) containing the predicted 
coding regions of the M. genitalium Rd genome.

The complete GSDB accession with annotation (L43967.Z).
